Pain can change the way you walk through life, but it does not have to stop you. If you’re trying to figure out how to keep going when life hurts, Scripture shows that your wounds do not have to define your future. Through the stories of Jacob, Lazarus, and Paul, we see that God can change your weakness into dependence, call you out of what tried to bury you, and give you strength even when the pain does not disappear. Your wounds may change you, but they do not get the final word.
